GygrestolenThe Gygrestolen hike takes you deep into the heart of Telemark, in Norway, to discover a spectacular rock formation known as “The Giant's Chair,” a remnant of the last Ice Age that shaped two impressive granite blocks. According to legend, Gygra, a giantess, sat there and threw huge rocks at Gårakirka Church, furious about the arrival of Christianity in the region.
