Hike overview
The Bucatoggio Waterfall hike is an easy, short walk ideal for the whole family. It takes you to the heart of the lush, green Costa Verde region of Corsica. First, the route takes you to the magnificent 17th-century Genoese bridge of Bucatoggio with its single arch. Then, you will reach the waterfall that cascades into a superb natural pool with crystal-clear waters.
Nestled among holm oaks, chestnut trees, and ferns, the emerald pool is perfect for swimming and offers a refreshing oasis, particularly in the summer.
